2025-12-30 08:55 — Paul Johnston — I am going to combine all data regarding this project into just this updated project, instead of tracking the additional time via the C&CP replan. Oracle confirmed just before Christmas an extra budget of £25,500, which I've now added to the Target Revenue for this project. This will help us to model profitability. Also, any expenses we have invoiced, I have added as a Project Expense.
